Standard pin type DIL 14
Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) and
Voltage Controlled Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (VC-TCXOs)
Vanlong Technology Co., Ltd. (VTC) has introduced a new family of standard pin type
DIL 14, high stability Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) and Voltage
Controlled Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (VC-TCXOs) available at
frequencies from 6.00MHz to 25.00MHz.
The model TO series TCXO incorporates an ASIC based temperature compensation method
that provides superior temperature stabilities and exceptionally low aging rates because
of the sealed crystal design in a small UM1 or surface mount package. The oscillators
can achieve an aging rate of ±1.0ppm/year with stability to ±1.0ppm at
-30°C to +75°C.
The devices are available in standard DIL 14 packages, measuring 18.0 x 11.0 x 6.0mm
depending on the type of frequency, stability and output wave form required. Available
outputs are Sinewave and HCMOS requiring a supply voltage of +5.0 VDC and LVHCMOS,
requiring a supply voltage of +3.3 VDC.
The TO series TCXO's excellent temperature stability coupled with a low aging rate
and high satiability make the product ideal for a wide variety of communications
applications including ISDN, ATM, SONET/SDH, GSM, and Network Systems.
The Vanlong Technology group designs, manufactures and markets frequency control
products using the very latest techniques in both standard quartz crystal and surface acoustic
wave (SAW) based designs from DC to microwave frequencies. Products include quartz crystals
and crystal oscillators, SAW filters and SAW resonators, as well as ceramic products, which
used in telecommunication and data communication applications.
